[isalist] Reporting Bandwidth

Hi!

 

I'm new to ISA server 2004 so I apologize in advanced for any dumb
questions.  When I run a
Report under Top Users the user using up the most network traffic is
"unknown" Same for top web traffic. 

I've done searches on how to identify what/who this is but no luck. Has
anyone seen this before and can point me in a direction where I can
figure out who this is?  Pulling my hair out over here!
