Repairing FW installation from command line

Hi All,
We have installed the FW client to a few PC's but have found that a couple
of these need the Winsock 2 update.
After the Winsock 2 installation the FW installation becomes corrupted.
I have manually done a repair install of the client software, but I would
like to automate the process if possible.
We rolled out the FW software using scripts and the command line parameters
etc. and now I would like to do the same for this process.
