Hi Tom,

I got RealOne to work through ISA, but only if it's unauthenticated or Basic
is the only scheme selected. Can you try that on your end? Create a rule
to authenticate requests, configure for only basic authentication and it
should work. Select digest or integrated only and it will fail because
RealOne doesn't support Digest or integrated. Select basic and something
else and it will fail because (I think) RealOne gets confused.

It _appears_ that RealOne has a problem handling multiple
Proxy-Authenticate: headers. ISA sends multiple headers for anything it is
configured to accept. With basic only it only sends one header and the
authentication prompt comes up as expected. Maybe it only looks at the
first one and if it's not Basic things stop.

Hi Shawn,

From my handy help file:

"If no rule specifically allowed the outgoing or incoming request, the
request is denied. In this case, the field is empty."

Hmmm. They are (I log everything :) Protocol rule applies, but just a
-
for the s&c rule. I've got one rule that blocks a bunch of web mail
sites
and a rule that opens a list of sites. Other than that, just routing
rules.

Hi Shawn,

No problems with RealOne. Enable Rule#1 and Rule#2 in the logs and check
what's blocking the requests.

Anyone get RealOne to work through ISA when Digest and Integrated
authentication is selected? I can get it to work through an old
Netscape
proxy which just uses basic plain text authentication. RealOne doesn't
seem
to want to choose basic from ISA...
