Depending on the version of outlook that you're using, select the other tab from the options screen and See if debugging is checked. Sometimes this can cause the effect you have described. When a web address is included in the message body, and the user clicks on the web address either Internet Explorer opens and hangs on a blank screen or does not launch at all. This issue seems to only be resolved when Word is selected as the default mail editor within Outlook. When ISA settings are turned off the web address launched without a problem - with Word as the editor and without. Has anybody else experienced this and if you have, is there some other workaround? Thanks. ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: cismic@xxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
