It sounds like you are using something more than plain text authentication for
OWA. You should use plain text authentication only.

Hi All:
We have set up an ISA server and published OWA through it. My problem is
that it takes up to 5 minutes to load a page outside the firewall. Before
ISA this was not the case. Has anyone seen this? Is there a solution?
