We do that anyway. Cisco switches are notorious for not liking the "auto" setting. MUCH better success if you set to the actual port speed. Strongly suggest you make it your standard practice. *************************** Pete Carstensen, MCSE Senior LAN Engineer CSK Auto, Inc. 645 E. What I thought was interesting was changing the network cards to actual network speed rather then using the auto setting. What this referred to was the loosing of packets and packets not being logged. http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dncold/html /ssf1opsconfig.asp <http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dncold/htm l/ssf1opsconfig.asp> Joseph ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: pcarste@xxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
