If your ISP blocks it, you can't get through.
Are you sure they're blocking?

Hi, all.

My ISP prohibit connections to MSN Messenger.Before occur this we gained
access to MSN Messenger, because a I had all the rules in the ISA Server
that permit this.  What can I do for gain access to MSN Messenger.
