Macintosh FTP

I have a few macintosh clients on my network. (Not by choice) They can
browse the internet through the ISA server fine. However I am having
trouble getting them to connect to an external FTP site. They use a
software package called Fetch to FTP. I have no issues with my NT clients
being able to FTP to the same site.
Any thoughts?
