MSPADMIN.EXE failed to initialize - Help!

Hi All,

I had a power supply failure today and ever since, I get an error which says 
mspadmin.exe - Application error. the application failed to initialise properly.

I tried checking the Knowledge base but nothing

Can anyone help?

I am using win2k SP2
