ISA Server on same machine as IIS

Sorry about my ignorance! I have SDS with ISA install and IIS and am
trying to access my website from outwith the company, but can't!! I can
see it internally but when I try and view it from any other place I can't.
Can someone tell me what I am dong wrong? Thanks.
