ISA Server allows domain FQDN's web access but not ip

TO anybody, I have an isa server that is passing the webpages for our
corporate web sites. The domain name (www.bbb.com) works fine but when
the just the IP address is entered the website is not passed. Does anyone
no what the problem is or could be. I thought it was an dns issue but I
have been able to fix .Any ideas?
