ISA Backup

Hi, I have 2 ISA's installed in my network, but only one is giving the
service. It's named ISA1, the other ISA2.
I have all Web Proxy, Firewall and SNAT clients using ISA1.
The ISA2 is only for backup and tests.
Both servers are installed as standalone because we don't have active
directory.
Is there a form to quickly change all my clients so that they start using
ISA2 in the case that ISA1 stops working?
Of course what i don't want to do is changing in all the clients the name
from ISA1 to ISA2.
Any ideas?
