IRC Chat Server

Hi all
There is now an IRC chat channel on IRC.oz.org, the channel to join is
#isaserver. There is only one rule, as it is hosted in OZ you need to
add an O at the end of your name, i.e. Tommo, Jimmo, Steveo, Greggo etc.
