Hello Diane. I was curious if you can chat with ICQ from an internal client behind the Firewall with someone on the outside? I have been trying to configure ISA, and ICQ to do this, but I am unable to chat or file transfer. Thanks, Christian Villeneuve, MCP Systems Analyst 203-255 Rutherford Rd. HELP! http://www.ISAserver.org Actually, it's a fairly common ICQ error when access is through a NAT or proxy. There are various "fixes" for it - some work, some don't. :) Start with enabling keep connection alive. If you can navigate the icq site, there are some other things that may help if keep alive doesn't do it - like different options on the proxy settings page of icq but I can't remember all of them and it looks like they redesigned the site - navigation there is the pits as always. -----Original Message----- Maybe you need to drop more coins in the slot? :-) Never heard of this error.
