Hi Noel, Did you create a protocol rule using that definition? Isn't Secure FTP a complex protocol? If so, the Firewall client will be required and the secondary ports will be required. If TCP 21 is used as a primary or secondary connection, then you'll need to disable the FTP Access app filter.
