Hi Tom, If I understand what you're trying to do, it won't work. Only one interface can have a default gateway. The ISA currently has 2 NIC's. One outside, one inside and everything is working perfectly. The company is moving from a slow DSL connection to a cable modem and I need to keep both up until Internic gets updated with new IP's. I'm thinking of setting up another NIC and connect it to the cable modem. I will receive DHCP IP (A permanent one, they said...) from the cable company and therefore will have two Internet connections... My questions are: 1. Will this work..?? 2. Can I still publish on either one of the NIC's? 3. Which connection it will pick when traffic is going out? Thank you all, Tom ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist ISA Server Newsletter: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/newsletter.asp ISA Server FAQ: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 Exchange Server Resource Site: http://www.msexchange.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: tshinder@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
