FTP Problem

Hi

Ihave an ftp problem. I have several ftp sites that I publish. Whenever
someone trys to connect to the ftp sites via explorer the screen just
hangs. And via cute ftp it just stops where it says Socket connected.
Waitng for welcoming message.
