Thanks, I will do that, but this is kind of confusing in that the Exchange 
Server should have no logged on users.  I guess that you mean under 
Monitoring/Sessions that the Exchange Server should have no logged on users and 
if that is correct then I have never seen that...Thanks again for taking the 
time to reply...

Hi Sean,
 
The Exchange Server should have NO logged on users! Make a client address set 
to allow the Exchange Server access to all sites and content.

I am currently blocking hotmail thru the web proxy service.  I have Exchange2K 
published thru the ISA server, when a user goes to send mail to hotmail with 
the site blocked the messages sit in the queue on the Exchange server, when I 
stop blocking hotmail.com the messages go thru.  
 
Is this by design or am I missing something?  I will swear that this just 
started today.
