Authentication for Web Proxy

I am running ISA Stadard Edition in Integrated Mode. I am running daily
reports and noticed an unknown user. So under the Out Going Web
Requests Tab I checked the box to Ask Unauthenticated users for
Indentification. Win2K Pro clients go right in without any problem but
Win98 clients are prompted for credentials whenever they open their web
browser. Is there anyway to allow pass through authentication for them?
