Ok, it's mean that if I don't have an Active Drectory I can not use an Array,
is there other option ? If I use NLB with the internal Interface of the ISA
Servers ?

I have an Windows NT 4.0 Domain in my network with an ISA Server , I need
install a second ISA Server and I wanna that both servers work together, I
don't have an Active Directory, may I use an array ? How can I configure an
array without an Active Directory ?
