AOL Instant Messenger

We recently installed ISA and SP1 in our organization and we have a user who
can't seem to get AOL IM to connect. We have created a Protocol Rule and
checked the predefined "AOL IM" box to allow that traffic to pass, and we
have restarted the Firewall services since then, but still...no go.
Web access is fine, but no AOL IM. Is there something else I'm supposed to
do to make that work? Do I need to install the Firewall Client on his
machine?
