The SurfControl Scheduler has all sorts of cool things, The database
management portion allows you to purge, archive, and compact the
database, keeping as much as you want.

If you want to start over with a clean database in a different location,
use the "Start Menu->Program Files->SurfControl Web Filter->Database
Tools->Create MSDE SQL Server Database" program to create a new one
(click "off" the "Use default file locations" checkmark). It will
create a new database and immediately put it in use.

Place it in a scheduled task to run every day and it'll make sure you
never have more than 30 days active logs.

What is the proper way of cleaning it? Just wipe over? Is there any
command that kills lets say any log older that 6 month to reduce the
size? Or I should use the ISA built in limit reduction

Yeah, it will really slow things down if it gets close to that size too.

MSDE has a 2GB limit to the database size, one of the key differences
between MSDE and the full blown MSSQL.
