Actually, you're both right and wrong. The ISA eval version is a different build than the release, but that's not the gating factor. You'll notice that when you apply hotfixes that the ISA version reported is also changed. Take a look at your version column after applying a hotfix or SP1. The last digit set changes to indicate your hotfix level.
