Same problem for sighted people as well. The stations should be manned

The only problem I can see is that sighted people can buy a weekly or
monthly ticket, while you can only get a single ticket with the pass.

Hi Darragh,

Unfortunately Darragh, like everything in this world of accessibility,
the visually impaired have more or less been forgotten.

The ticket system has been in grand canal dock station for the last month or
so, and as far as I'm aware, no testing was done prior to their introduction
... well no testing from an accessibility point of view.

fortunately, there is usually a ticket inspector on duty and he can open
the barrier for me. However, what happens if you are going through the
station off duty?

In those cases you will need to get a ticket using your pass.

Good afternoon,

I've noticed that the ticket machines have been taken out of the Clontarf
station. When has or is the testing taking place for the new systems? Who
was consulted? Has any GDO tested the machine?

I really think this is a bad idea. I dred the thoughts of it coming into
Clontarf. Its such a busy station.
