Ahhh, I hadn't given a thought to the fact that the Haven might not speak the Internet, e-mail, etc. I guess, having heard that it speaks all menus, I just assumed accessibility was included for all functions; but now you're all making me think it might not be. Hmmm...okay, now I see the possible advantage of the Ozone. Will just have to go to Verizon and check out the Haven to know for sure. Now I'm really wondering how accessible the phone actually is. Will let you all know, if someone else doesn't do it first. <smile>
