My vote goes to drupal too. I however have reservations on the
ready-to-use capabilities of Drupal in terms of file management.
Drupal is an excellent content management system but it's document
management capabilities leave a lot to desire. My company does active
drupal development and we contribute to drupal too but this is one
area I had researched on and had found some gaps. Of course like
Sundar said you can sit down, spend some time and create a good
document management system around Drupal. Drupal has a solid framework
which allows any levels of extensions. So do make a good file
management module and contribute it back to the community :). We are
currently setting up ilug-tvm.org using Drupal. Don't click on the
link yet - the site is not yet up :).
