For Oracle,

Min RAM = 512 MB
/tmp = 2 GB
ORACLE_HOME= /oracle/product/10g
ORACLE_HOME = 5 GB
/temp = 1 GB

some kernel modfications.

There are two patchs to be installed from oracle site.

Thanks and regards,
Rameshkumar
