[Ilugc] query regarding ethtool

hey guys - from my exp - mii-tool is not capable of reporting correctly for
NICs linking at  1000mbps FD - ethtool can do that -- so yeah if all NICs
are ifconfig up'ed - ethtool is probably a better tool than mii-tool

Problem is NOT in the tool. Bcoz both tool needs a support at the
hardware for MII and in driver for ethtool.
