There is a little confusion in my mind regarding the 'Link detected'
part in the output of command 'ethtool eth0' . If the network is up
then the command 'ethtool eth0' gives the output as
Link detected: yes
Now if we do a 'service network stop' and then do a 'ethtool eth0'
then it gives a output
Link detected: no
Now 'mii-tool eth0' in both the cases gives the output as
link ok
The link in both the cases is up only the service is down so should'nt
Link detected in both the cases be 'yes' ?
