[Ilugc] new user magesh has a problem

iam magesh, recently i to linux ubuntu...
iam using 8.04 hardy, and iam not able to play any
video though i have
install all the codecs and needed players....
i had asked question IRC but no one gave a solution
If you are trying to play VCDs, or Dat files, try installing Gxine...It will
play all the .dat files.
