Hi,
The user is in /etc/passwd, I changed Permission &
Group and Owner to User name (babu).
Still Iam getting the same error.
I even Deleted the User (babu) recreated. But facing
the same problem.

If permissions are OK then Check the /etc/passwd
file for the home dir
of babu user or recreate the user.
