there is nothing to discuss - no IAS officer is ever given
more than
3 years in a post. And it will be very difficult for the
new guy to
undo everything that has been done. Look at it positively,
Umashankar
now has a whole new department to linuxify.
You are correct about this Kenneth ji. And yes, he will do the same in the new
department. Blessing in disguise I guess.
