[Ilugc] hdparm at ftp repository

hdparm and a few other programs have never been on ftp.iitm.ac.in; I
don't know why. I usually just get it from another repository, like
ftp.debian.org.
interesting. ok, i have figured out why, blame it on my poorly thought out
excludes. all packages ending in arm.deb, mips.deb, mipsel.deb (and same
with udeb) are excluded. this was my attempt to exclude the arm, mips and
mipsel architectures when debian starting putting these in directories
outside the arm/, mips/ and mipsel/. debian recommends against excluding
architectures, but it seems to me that most of these architectures will
have no takers here. already, debian is the largest archive, contributes
most to inbound traffic and is not that hot on outbound traffic
(popularity of download). we host only i386 and our exclusions (in
addition to above) are *alpha*, *hppa*, *ia64*, *m68k*, *powerpc*, *s390*
and *sparc*. thusly, more packages may be missing, if they have any of
these embedded in the package name. if anyone has a better suggestion for
doing this, i will be glad to implement.
