[Ilugc] code formatting in emacs?

The above lines is nothing but if you have an existing code in php and
wants to indent that code, then you have to open the file where the
code is and use the keys `C-x h', so that the whole file is marked.
Then use `M-x indent-region' which will indent the whole php file
(most accurately the buffer) which has the php code.
