Have you attended any of the GNU/Linux festivals that
ilugc has conducted? Just curious!
At Asan and IIT-M, we did deal with tech support.
Apart from answering tech support questions, we showed
demos of how to use X windows, software applications,
covered system installation etc. I personally took
care of tech support at IIT-M.
