[Ilugc] Suggestion to Promote Linux

Without the volunteers(you), We can't implement ANYTHING. :)
So plz come forward... Spent one/two day(s) for the LDD and give a
newbie talk in our meet. Myself and Raman are always ready to arrange
a "Half day install fest" OR One day LDD.
First of all a lot of educational institutions are unaware of Linux.
Eg., CEG, Anna University. In CEG itself, only 3 of us (including
me) are up to now in booting up the "Linux Campus Club" [1]. Shall we
arrange one (awareness) in such places (for students) (and invite the
n00bs their)?
PS: It is not wise to explain that most of the students in the hostel
have Linux installed on their computers, but they do for the sake of
scoring marks, who is really using Linux? Spread the fire in the
campus first! I am sure more volunteers would turn up then.
