Hi,
so i dont know much about this, search in Google for "bnsl 2Mbps wireless
EVDO".
Found this following interesting pages.

Had an enquiry in BSNL shop in anna nagar.
They told that EVDO device is still not available in chennai.
It may be available after January 2009.
Have to ask in BSNL Office.
Will ask on monday and tell the status.
