Well, I who pointed out this problem and you the one who is
identifying have got it right. Isn't it? Its just that there are many
who haven't got it right. I agree. But there are a lot who have got it
right. The difference is that the number of people who have got it
right. I am right now in the US and I have been to Europe earlier. I
can say out of personal experience that, we guys are much better off.
The westerners might do things more "professionally". It doesn't mean
that they can do it any better. People in the service industry are
always bogged down by budget and schedule and taking quality to a back
seat.
