[Ilugc] Sending applications to another desktop

A request, do NOT reuse threads. That is, create a new mail to
ilugc@... instead of replying to an existing mail.
As for your problem, I am guessing that you are using KDE. To view
only the current desktop's applications on the taskbar, go to the
Control Center, select Desktop->Taskbar, and ensure that "Show windows
from all desktops" is unchecked.
