[Ilugc] SCIM not working

Sorry I really have no idea what SCIM is. Looks like
it is some input method framework or something. What
are you trying to do and what specific problem are you
facing?
If you guide us a lil bit about what your problem is
we could go further.
Just saying 'doesnt work' doesn't help especially
since I have no idea what SCIM is. :-)
