[Ilugc] Reg - Mail Server Configuration

Hi all,
         I am planning to setup mail server in my office, i need to
provide pop and smtp (password based). I kindly request you all to
suggest  which mail server to setup( sendmail,qmail... etc). I also like
know where can I find a good documentation for mail server setup.
