hardly understand anything in *nix.
This might be because of lack of information abt
learning resources: which are good, where to get them.
We had the same problem in my M.S when we migrated to
Unix environment from windows ( My B.E is in
electrical). Fortunately, we had seniors to consult
and some of our colleagues were experienced.
There are resources on the net. The man pages in Unix
are very helpful too.
Learning to use man, basic use of unix, using gcc,
