Morality and Legality are very different. We need to operate within the

The statement is like - "Give all nuclear weapon to Mahatma Gandhi instead
of destroying them" :)


Before advocating this as a option, have you even talked to FSF first on
whether it is possible to transfer patents to them and whether they are
willing to accept?
