RHEL is copyrighted and CANNOT be shared with others. RHEL clones
like
CentOS are built using SRPMS (source) which does not violate any
license.
It more about Redhat Trademark. They don't want distribution of their
trade mark material without their consent. CentOS,whitbox etc though
built on RHEL srpms, do not refer to redhat in any place in the
software.
