Off late we see lot posts which are against copyright laws like
books, request for RHEL cds etc.
Is RHEL copyrighted as such? Doesn't Red Hat just charge for support? If
that is the scenario, wouldn't RHEL clones like CentOS also be
infringing copyright laws?

RHEL is copyrighted and CANNOT be shared with others. RHEL clones like
CentOS are built using SRPMS (source) which does not violate any
license.
