The same has happened for me also, When i reported it to my ISP (Tata
indicom CDMA) they where helpless. At a same point of time my isp and
myself where pinging my troubled website, my isp was able to ping it
but not me.in my opinion You cannot blame it on your isp (try with
dataone connection elsewhere at the same point of time ,try to ping
it). So the question of Dns cache propogational delays is ruled out. I
understood the problem was at my end. So i reformatted my computer and
the problem was fixed. So at this point of time, i would request you
to try with a alternate computer (if you have one) to ping in the same
connection. The malicious code (which i faced) was targetting the web
site publishing system.
Kindly do the same and let me know,(i mean either a format option on
your system or a alternate machine to ping the website).Kindly let me
know your operating system and software configuration.

Hi Thyagu,
I am able to browse thamizha.com using www.megaproxy.com website.
It means the dns at Dataone end is not able to pick up thamizha.com site.
Also thamizha.com is not a newly registered site, it has been there
for more than 2 years.
What can be done for resolving this.
