[Ilugc] Problem KPPP - Mandirva LE 2005

I don't know for sure about all distributions, but I think that the
user must be a member some group which is authorized to spawn pppd. In
Debian, it is `dip'.

Could you tell me the error pppd gives when you click ``Details'' in
the KPPP error dialog box?
