iam ready to spend 1000+ for a always on connection with unlimited downloads.
BSNL has already started thinking about it and I believe we'll get it soon.
The only thing that you can expect when you are doing business with BSNL is,
you'll never get cheated. but as far as I know, it is not the case with the
private cos.
