[Ilugc] [OT] reg broadband in chennai

I reside in Adambakkam and I use BSNL Data1, and its doing too gud. I always
get around 250kbps in my 256kbps connection. I'll surely recommend one.
According to me, BSNL rules the broadband market in chennai. visit this page

tariff.
but it has download/upload cap :(
iam ready to spend 1000+ for a always on connection with unlimited downloads.
