I am going to talk about flipkart. Not only that I will also explain
my situation.

I live in Nellai, the place I was born and here you cannot even get
Modern bread. There is a lot of
 local manufacturing here and it is not backward at all but I prefer
not to buy computer spare parts here.

So what do I do?

I purchased lot of things in flipkart. And what are the benefits I found?


flipkart founders are ex Amazon.  It's operation is based on the
Amazon model from product info / order / feedback / delivery.

It's USP IMO, is the C.O.D payment methos.  Again a very old concept
but relevant to the India context where a lot of fellow netizens may
not have credit/debit cards or are afraid of online fraud.

All other online (India base) are following a similar model pretty much.
